LIMITED WARRANTY FOR GLOBELT TIMING KIT SET

A. Subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations set forth below,

TOM AUTO SUCCESS Sdn Bhd (“GLOBELT”) hereby grants the following Limited Warranty for GLOBELT Timing Kit Set (collectively the Limited Warranty) to the original end user purchases installing (for its own use) (“the Customer”) any of the specified brand models of timing belts, oil seals and bearing modules (“the Goods”).

B. HOW THE GLOBELT TIMING KIT SET WARRANTY COVERAGE WORKS:-

The GLOBELT Timing Kit Set hereby permits assurance on their goods [timing belt, oil seals and timing bearing] to the purchasers (end users) which need to register through QR code registration by scanning the QR code, register it and fill ALL the information require and submit it to our website. [Please read instructions as given on label glued at the packet].

The service agreement will cover on manufacturing defect on the goods [GLOBELT’s Timing Kit Set] of the covered product(s) during normal usage for the term of this guarantee. This Guarantee is effective starting at the time; the item is actually from date of purchase, which is compulsory registered under GLOBELT’s QR code registration services.

1. GLOBELT’S GOODS GUARANTEE INSTRUCTIONS:

COMPLETE PACKING OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND KILOMETTERS (100,000KM) GLOBELT TIMING KIT SET

Mode of Packing:

Package completes with QR code label, Timing belt, oil seals and bearings.

Goods Warranty:

Two (2) years guarantee from date of purchase or 100,000 Kilometres of usage or subjected to whichever are draw earlier.

Mode of Purchase:

To accomplish on QR code registration necessities, purchasers are compulsory to purchase complete set of GLOBELT Timing Kit Set.

2. WHEN WILL GLOBELT TIMING KIT SET GOODS GUARANTEE BE OFFICIALLY COVERED

The service agreement will cover on goods [timing belts, oil seal and bearings] failure of the covered product(s) during normal usage for the term of this guarantee. This Guarantee is effective starting at the time; the item [GLOBELT Timing Kit Set] is actually from date of purchased; which are to be received by our buyers or so called as end users (the automotive car owners).

Purchasers of GLOBELT Timing Kit Set that had concluded their belting installation work; through workshop, purchaser must always assure that, their necessities in registering guarantee through scanning our QR Code services. Description of full details such as name, email, phone number, vehicle model, car registration number and current mileage. “The GLOBELT’s Service Agreement” or so called as “GLOBELT Guaranty” in classify to accomplish their certification on warranty necessities. Hence, it is so called as “officially acceptable guarantee” or “effectively commence” at the time the item is actually from date of purchase and is only liability covered with appropriate fillings up on all information as requires on “GLOBELT” QR code scanning requisitions.

3. WHAT IS GLOBELT’S COVERAGE AND REWARDS?

The service agreement shown on our QR code guarantee is strictly entitled on claims for “Mechanical Failures Only” that are only cause by our goods. Any features pertaining to electrical failures [plugs, bulb, battery, circuit boards, etc], lubricants or coolants occur during the incident is exclusively in our service agreement. The total amounts Ringgit Malaysia: Three Thousand Only [RM3,000] that we will pay for repairs, parts replacements, towing and labour charges. This is made in connection with all amounts claim that purchaser and end user make pursuant to this guarantee will be depending on our final clarification on evaluation reports prepared by our trained foreman or personnel’s from claim department and it shall not exceed the value compensation of Ringgit Malaysia: Three Thousand [RM3,000]. In the event that we make payments for repairs, which taken together, are equal to the purchase price or replace the Product with a new, rebuilt or refurbished product of equal or similar features and functionality, we will have no further obligations under this Service Agreement.

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED? (Exclusions and Limitations)

4.1 The service agreement will not cover items that are accidentally, intentionally, or negligently damaged by workshop owners or so called as foremen or mechanic. Should this matter arise, the foremen will bear full responsibilities to such incidents [installation negligence, unfortunate workmanship] and will be requested to borne full cost of the damages incurred.

4.2 Accessories and Consumer replaceable parts: This service agreement will not cover any accessories and parts that are meant to be replaced by the consumer, such as batteries or any modification part which is not accordingly to our manufacturer claim specification.

4.3 Product(s) of GLOBELT’s Timing Kit Set which are being altered, partially used, and separated by any party or foremen is subject to be repudiated from warranty without further explanations.

4.4 Any and all pre-existing conditions that occur prior to the effective date (expiry date of guarantee) of this warranty such as failure to inform our management will consider as immediate repudiate or void claims

4.5 Charges related to transportation damage; such as unforeseen incident during the occurrence of towing period and conditions will not be responsible by GLOBELT Management, as such; this matter will considered as unrelated claim.

4.6 The service agreement is only inclusively of mechanical failures only, however, this claims conditions is officially exclusively of any electrical failures such as lubricants, coolants, worn off fuses, any short circuits causes by unknown reasons, batteries, bulbs or any features pertaining to electrical products.

4.7 This warranty will consider as immediate void if you have any repairs or modification found on your vehicle, illegal specification products either from your own sourcing or by any third party involvements.

4.8 The GLOBELT’s Management will not hesitate to repudiate any claims within immediate if QR code registration is found incomplete.

5. Transferability

This warranty is only extended to the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the Product.

6. Force Majeure

GLOBELT shall not be in any way responsible or liable to the Customer or any third-party for matters arising from any non-performance or delay in performance of any terms and conditions of sale, including this Limited Warranty, due to fire, flood, blizzard, hurricane, thunder, acts of God, changes of public policies, terrorism, war, riots, strikes, unavailability of suitable and sufficient labour or materials and other events which are out of control of GLOBELT.

7. This is the entire warranty between GLOBELT and the Customer

Supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, oral or written, relating to the Product, and no representation, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these terms. If any term of this Limited Warranty is illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. This Limited Warranty shall be interpreted according to Malaysian law
